It is a bit tricky to get file loaded up to laptop. My wife is the one who was able to get the programs working, who works with computers everyday.just need to learn more about how to work the techstream program. My anti-virus software reported that the Techstream software had a Trojan virus and would not allow it to load.

Hopefully it's a false positive. Loaded the software on an older laptop with antivirus disabled and it ran fine. Having access to these options is great!
